  Went to the water park. My 2.5 year old had a lot of fun! While it is designed for kids, there is only one lifeguard who can't possibly keep an eye an all the kids in the pool. No towel service and not sufficient space for adults to sit down while watching their kids. Cost was €15/adult and free admission for kids under 4 years old.

  FOOD WARNING they were serving cold bacon and scrambled eggs off the hot plates and the boiled egg were raw and if you want food poising go for the pork chops as they are grilled deep fried the re grilled not right way of cooking them. also the roast pork was bound to give any one a stint on the toilet as it was not cook right we ate out most days should have sent the bill to the carema hotel to get our money back

  Small rooms in the club area, bathroom fittings are tired and there are exposed old pipes from the previous plumbing. Buffet restaurant is okay with a fairly good choice. Reception service leaves a bit to be desired, as we had to make multiple calls on the phone and in person to get things that were actually booked in advance.

  Despite the bad whether (we were there from the 14th of September 2017) and the lack of good housekeepers it was a good holiday though.

  However, I wasn't very happy with the housekeeping. We didn't get the same service everyday. Sometimes the towels were missing, sometimes the beds were half made (e.g. pillows were left on the floor) and we had ants unfortunately. In addition to the ants, we cooked on the second day and because in our apartment there was nothing we could have washed our dishes with, we were left with the dishes for the rest of our stay, because the housekeepers didn't bother to do anything with it. We tried to do our best but the ants took over the kitchen area anyway.

  arrived 30/9/17 everything seemed ok by the 2/10/17 we wanted to come home there was nothing to do we were told there were shops bars and resturants but when we got there, there was a supermarket more like a corner shop all the bars were shut down with police tape around them and there were 3 resturants in this area so were miss sold the holiday all together. we carried on with the holiday and on the 5/10/17 my ipad was stolen from my locked apartment there was no forced entry to the room and the only people with keys were me and my partner and we shared one and the hotel which means as it wasn't us hiding it ,it must have been someone from the hotel but they would not admit it we were told by the director that we need to speak to the police to get a crime reference number and then claim it on our insurance so we went to the police and did that when I told the director that I didn't feel safe in the hotel she said I will upgrade your room and you can pick when your room is cleaned that we accepted so we moved in but the picking when your room is cleaned never happened as it was done when out the new room was meant to be a better room but all that was better was the safe and the view the rest was just a basic room in the dinning room we went for breakfast and we saw ants and bugs crawling across the food serving areas and across the food when we told staff they laughed at us so we went to the director she said she would go and sort it after telling us that there was a problem with ants and bugs in the apartments she went down to the restaurant and when we went down she was cleaning the sides with strong bleach then she came and told us there was no ants there NO SURPRISE the best part of this holiday was some of the staff which include oliviero Beatrice and the bar staff and waiting staff of the marlet grill

  Beautiful place at a great location with lots of activities especially for families. I loved the shows and dances, the food and just the atmosphere they created for us.

  Family oriented appartments with all inclusive option. Right on the sandy beach with scuba centre on site. At least 5 different swimming pools to suit every taste. Dining hall has plenty of choices including childrens buffet. Toilet facilities could be better in dining area and around pools. Staff try hard to please.
